The Burg, SC – If you didn’t catch a game at Historic Duncan Park last weekend, you sure missed a lot of action. Last weekend saw the Beef Boyz don commemorative Sluggers Jerseys to honor the past, finally earn a win against the CPL juggernaut that is the Savannah Bananas, and play an exciting intra-squad game that saw 27 combined runs. But, don’t worry, Meat-Heads; this upcoming week will provide you with plenty of opportunities to get your fill of Spartanburgers baseball. Three games are on the menu, and we guarantee that there is something for everyone this weekend.

Fans can purchase tickets online at https://shop.thespartanburgers.com/single-games or email [email protected].

Fans can watch the game on FloBaseball.TV, your home for all CPL action.

Thursday, July 22nd, Gates: 6:00 pm, Game: 7:05 pm vs. Catawba Valley Stars (Home, Exhibition)

We know you’ve wanted to quench your thirst with us; that’s why we are putting on our first Thirsty Thursday Night in two weeks! As is tradition, every Thursday game will be a combo of Thirsty Thursday and Dogs & Burgers Night. Deals on concession include $1 for 12 oz. cans of soda and $1.00 for 12 oz. Bud Light or Ultras. On Dogs & Burgers Nights, all dogs get in for free when they bring their human to the park. All we ask is that owners bring along paperwork showing proof of rabies vaccination and that patrons clean up after their pet.

Saturday, July 24th, Gates: 6:00 pm, Game: 7:05 pm vs. Macon Bacon (Home, CPL)

It is our Cancer Awareness Night! As the saying goes around these parts (really just one person in the office), “real burgers wear pink!” The Spartanburgers will be wearing specialty Pink Jerseys. All jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction at the game. The price for General Admission tickets will also be $7.00 if purchased in advance (before 5:00 pm the day of the game). The proceeds from the auction, and $2.00 of each advance ticket purchased, will be donated to The Upstate Cancer Association of Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties. The Upstate Cancer Association is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing quality of life services to area residents facing the challenges of cancer in our communities through screenings, education, and direct services. This is another excellent opportunity to assist the Spartanburgers in supporting this great community.

Sunday, July 25th, Gates: 4:00 pm, Game: 5:05 pm vs. Lexington County (Home, CPL)

If you ask any young fan which game they would like to come to, they would most certainly choose our Sunday games. Sunday, of course, rhymes with Funday! Sundays include the Beef Boyz wearing the fan-favorite teal jerseys, kids running the bases after the game, and kids 12 & under eating their first meal on us. General Admission tickets will be buy-one-get-one for free, as long as they are purchased before 3:00 pm on game day. So the only way for you and the family to enjoy this fun is by getting your buns out to Historic Duncan Park.
